Sharpen Your Skills - Current Season
SYS class is on Mondays and starts July 15th and ends Sept 23rd.  SYS classes are loaded with fun while focusing on the young player's technical development. These classes are a great way to supplement recreational leagues with additional training. With an emphasis on fun, coaches will use games to teach players soccer fundamentals and a love for the sport! 
This season is a 10-week training program for 4-12 year olds. Schedule as follows:
4 to 7 year olds 4:45-5:45pm
8 to 10 year olds 5:45-6:45pm
July 15, July 22nd, July 29, Aug 5th, Aug 12th, Aug 19th, Aug 26th, Sept 9th, Sept 16th, Sept 23
Cost: $130

NO CLASS Monday, Sept 2nd for Labor Day.

These sessions are held at Oregon Premier Futsal.

Drop In & Play Futsal (For ages 8-16)

Our open play night is designed for individuals wanting to refine their game skills and tactics in a no pressure setting. In this environment, you have the liberty to experiment in your games without the worry of making errors. Join your friends, engage in some spirited activity, and gain some extra touches on the ball before your next game. You must register in advance to attend. No more walk-ins allowed when we are at capacity.
On select nights, we offer the opportunity for Drop-In & Play Futsal with one or two available courts. Each court accommodates a maximum of 25 players to ensure an engaging experience. This approach minimizes wait times, allowing everyone to actively participate in the game. 

Important Update: Changes to Open Play and Walk-Ins Policy

Dear Community,

We want to inform you about some important updates regarding our Open Play sessions and walk-in policy. Effective immediately, we will be implementing a maximum capacity of 50 participants for Open Play sessions. This decision comes after careful consideration and feedback from our community.

Additionally, we regret to announce that we will no longer be accepting walk-ins for our sessions. To allow for a smooth transition, we will continue to accept walk-ins until June 14th. After this date, all participants must be on the list to attend.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

NEW  Speed, Agility & Quickness (high school & college only)

Our SAQ training program is run by Theresa Akines, your dedicated coach with over 14 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry. With a diverse background ranging from coaching small group training to managing programs at top-tier athletic clubs, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge to every session. At these SAQ sessions, the focus is on YOU. With a maximum of 12 athletes per group, this ensures personalized attention to help you unlock your true athletic potential. Whether you're a soccer player or an athlete from any sport, this program is tailored to enhance your performance.

The Program & Its Benefits 

Progressive Workouts: Each session is designed to challenge your endurance, functional strength, and explosiveness, pushing you beyond your limits.

Soccer-Specific Focus: Enhance your endurance to maintain peak performance throughout the game, improve mobility for agility on the field, and boost explosive strength for powerful strikes and sprints.

Injury Prevention: Increase mobility and range of motion to reduce the risk of injuries, ensuring you stay at the top of your game.

Results-Driven: Track your progress with baseline workouts scored at the beginning and end of the 4-week session, witnessing tangible improvements in your fitness levels.

When:  June 18th, 20th, 25th, & 27th - July 9th,11th,16th, 18 th (8 sessions)
  • College players: 9:00am - 10:00am
  • High School: 10:15am - 11:15am

Cost:  $150 per player for the 8 sessions

Min Class Size:  6
Max Class Size: 12
Open to all players getting ready for Fall High School or College Sports. (Not limited to soccer players)

We are trying something new, Pickleball! 

We currently have two special shock absorbing courts. We provide the ball since a regular pickleball will not bounce. This is for fun. First time playing is FREE. Just register and sign waiver at your first visit. Bring your own paddle or we have a few we can lend. $7 per person per 1.5 hour session after your first visit.

We are starting with Tuesdays from 9:30AM-11:00AM

Eastside Technical Academy

Eastside Technical Academy will start up October 2024 and run through the end of April 2025! 

Our Eastside Technical Academy (ETA) offers players a third weekly technical training session, focusing extensively on honing individual foot skills, mastering that crucial first touch, perfecting ball striking techniques, accelerating speed training, and delving into a multitude of other valuable aspects of the beautiful game!
