Speed Kills and Goals change games! Join our latest specialized program to enhance your Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) and refine your attacking and finishing skills in this results-driven 4-week training program.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
SAQ Training: Each session is designed to improve running technique, boost explosive strength, help to reduce the risk of injuries, and enhance soccer-specific performance.
Go to Goal Methods: Master the proper movements, timing, and techniques to increase goal-scoring opportunities, develop confidence, and improve outcomes when it matters most.
Under the direction of Technical Director, Greg Maas, and Fitness & Performance Coach, Theresa Atkines, players will spend approximately 30 minutes on SAQ training and 30 minutes on finishing activities during each session.
