Join Eastside Timbers – Your Pathway to the Next Level
At Eastside Timbers, we provide an elite soccer experience designed to develop players at every level. Through our partnership with ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) and ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL), we offer an unmatched platform for player growth, competition, and exposure.
As part of our ECNL RL (Red I) competitive teams, players receive supplemental strength, conditioning, and movement training led by an experienced performance coach. This added training supports both on-field performance and long-term athlete health.
This program focuses on developing the entire athlete, not just soccer skills.

This training is led by Theresa Akines, a performance and strength coach with more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. A lifelong soccer player and parent of competitive athletes, Theresa emphasizes proper movement, progressive strength development, and long-term athlete health to support success now and in the future.
